Wholesale Clothing Shipping Costs: What's Actually Included (and What Isn't)
Shipping is where a lot of wholesale clothing orders quietly get more expensive. Here's what to check before you check out, and what free shipping should actually mean.

Shipping is one of the easiest places for a wholesale clothing order to get more expensive between the product page and the final total. It's also one of the easiest things to check before you buy, if you know what to look for.
“Free shipping” should mean the price at checkout, not just the price on the page
A supplier advertising free shipping should show that at every step, including the actual checkout page — not just on the product listing with a separate carrier-calculated rate added once you enter your address. If a cart total changes meaningfully between the product page and checkout, that's worth flagging before you complete the order, not after.
What can legitimately add to a shipping cost
A few things are reasonable to see added at checkout even on an otherwise free-shipping order: expedited shipping upgrades you opt into, orders shipping to addresses outside the advertised region (e.g. international orders when free shipping only covers domestic orders), or genuinely oversized orders like pallets and containers that ship via freight rather than parcel carriers. Those are different from a standard single-pack order quietly picking up a carrier rate.
Processing time vs. shipping time
These are two different numbers and suppliers don't always separate them clearly. Processing time is how long it takes the supplier to pack and hand off your order; shipping time is how long the carrier takes once it's in transit. A supplier that says “ships in 1-3 days” should mean your order leaves their facility in that window — ask if that's unclear, since it changes your actual delivery expectation.
How Biz2Gig handles shipping
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Every pack ships free within the US, processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS from our Miami fulfillment partner — the price shown on the product page is the price at checkout. UK orders ship via Standard UK Shipping (5–10 business days), with UK shipping calculated at checkout; uK orders may be subject to import duties or VAT, which are shown at checkout where applicable. For pallet and container-level orders, freight shipping is quoted separately since it works differently from parcel shipping; see our wholesale and bulk page for that. If you're comparing us against other suppliers, our buyer's guide to sourcing used clothing in bulk covers the other questions worth asking before you commit to an order.
