- your pack doesn't meet the Cream/Grade A quality standard shown on our site (please record a continuous, unedited video of your first-time unboxing), or
- your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective.
How to reach us
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery at Support@biz2gig.com or text us at 305-980-8535 (text/SMS only). A couple of photos or a short video of the issue helps us move quickly — no complicated hoops to jump through.
Once we take a look, you get to choose: a full refund back to your original payment method, or a matching replacement sent your way.
