Returns and claims
Every pack is backed by our 14-day quality guarantee. If your pack doesn't meet the Cream/Grade A quality standard shown on our site, record a continuous, unedited video of your first-time unboxing and contact us within 14 days of delivery — we'll replace the pieces or refund the pack, your choice.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Support@biz2gig.com or text 305-980-8535. Include a couple of photos or a short video of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will refund or provide an equivalent exchange where available.
