Refund policy

At Biz2Gig, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.


If you receive an incorrect or defective order, you may be eligible for either an equivalent exchange or a full refund.


To qualify for any exchange or refund request, you must record a continuous, unedited video of the first-time opening of your package.


The video must clearly show:


the package before it is opened


that the package is still sealed


the full opening process from start to finish


the contents exactly as they were received


Any video that does not show the first-time opening of the original sealed package will not be accepted.


This includes, but is not limited to:


re-enactments


re-packaged or re-taped openings


edited videos


cut or interrupted recordings


videos that do not clearly show the sealed package before opening


Claims without a valid continuous, unedited first-time unboxing video will not be eligible for review.


All exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.


Any request made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
