Our packs include recognizable brands, but we also know that a great resale piece isn't defined by the label alone. We select modern clothing based on brand, style, condition, and resale potential — because sometimes the right look sells itself.

Each Starter Pack includes 6 pairs of men's and women's jeans — a smaller-format sample of our full assortment. May include straight-leg jeans, relaxed-fit jeans, bootcut jeans, slim-fit jeans, skinny jeans, high-rise jeans, mid-rise jeans, and workwear denim. Every pack is hand-sorted for condition, construction quality, brand recognition, and resale appeal. Exact styles, brands, sizes, washes, and fits rotate based on current inventory availability.

Packs may include recognizable American and resale-friendly denim brands such as Levi's, Wrangler, Lee, Dickies, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Old Navy, Abercrombie & Fitch, Urban Outfitters, Garage, Banana Republic, J.Crew, and similar denim, workwear, mall, heritage, and casualwear brands. Brand mix rotates by pack and is not guaranteed. Product photos show the category and quality standard, not the exact items in every order.

All Biz2Gig reseller packs are premium quality only. No Grade B inventory is sold in these packs. Items are checked for resale condition, construction quality, wearability, and broad market appeal. Because this is used clothing, minor signs of normal wear may be present.

We want you to love what you ordered! Because of how our products are made, all sales are final and we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end — your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective — we've got you covered. We'll make it right with a full refund or a free equivalent exchange, whichever you'd prefer.
